Que repr\u00e9sente l\u2019indice SPF\u00a0?<\/h2>\n

SPF est l\u2019abr\u00e9viation de Sun Protection Factor (indice de protection solaire) : il s\u2019agit d\u2019une d\u00e9signation utilis\u00e9e en Europe et aux \u00c9tats-Unis pour indiquer le degr\u00e9 de protection d\u2019un produit solaire contre les rayons UVB. Plus cet indice est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus la protection contre les rayons UVB est longue et efficace.
\nLes rayons UVB p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans les couches profondes de la peau et provoquent des br\u00fblures cutan\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n

La diff\u00e9rence entre un indice SPF\u00a030 et SPF\u00a050<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • L\u2019indice SPF\u00a050 bloque 98\u00a0% des rayons UVB<\/span><\/li>\n
  • L\u2019indice SPF\u00a030 bloque 96,7\u00a0% des rayons UVB<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Comme on peut le voir ci-dessus, la diff\u00e9rence de niveau de protection UVB entre le SPF 50 et le SPF 30 est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2 %. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Un indice SPF 30 laisse passer 3 % des rayons, tandis qu\u2019un SPF 50 ne laisse passer que 2 %. Vous pourriez vous dire que la diff\u00e9rence est minime, mais sachez que l\u2019indice SPF 30 transmet 50 % de plus de rayons UVB \u00e0 votre peau que le SPF 50.
    \n<\/span><\/p>\n

    Quand on parle d\u2019indice de protection \u00e9lev\u00e9, on entend au moins un indice SPF 30, ce qui signifie que votre peau est suffisamment prot\u00e9g\u00e9e contre les rayons UVB.
    \nAvec cet indice, l\u2019\u00e9cran solaire aide \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les dommages et les br\u00fblures cutan\u00e9es.
    \n<\/span><\/p>\n

    Or, il faut veiller \u00e0 appliquer un \u00e9cran solaire toutes les deux heures pour assurer une protection ad\u00e9quate. Apr\u00e8s une baignade ou une s\u00e9ance de sport (et donc de transpiration), il est m\u00eame recommand\u00e9 de r\u00e9appliquer l\u2019\u00e9cran solaire apr\u00e8s 80\u00a0minutes, pour une protection suffisante contre les UV.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Sunday Brush SPF 50<\/span><\/h3>\n
