Deze zijn er ook als de zon niet zichtbaar is, of als het bewolkt is. We hebben te maken met verschillende UV stralen, de UVA en de UVB stralen.<\/p>\n<h3>UV stralen veroorzaken huidschade en huidveroudering<\/h3>\n<p>De UV stralen zijn zo sterk dat we ons hiertegen moeten beschermen. Deze uv stralen op je huid maken je huid ouder en doen je huid verbranden. En het is dus verstandig zonbescherming oftewel UV bescherming te gebruiken tegen huidschade en verbranding. Vooral het beschermen van ons gezicht is erg belangrijk. Omdat ons gezicht, vaker dan we denken, aan de uv stralen wordt blootgesteld.<\/p>\n<h3>Verschil UVA en UVB stralen<\/h3>\n<p>De UVA stralen zorgen voor huidveroudering, de A staat voor aging (veroudering). De UVB stralen doen je huid verbranden, de B staat voor Burn (verbranding).<\/p>\n<h3>Moet ik elke dag uv bescherming gebruiken?<\/h3>\n<p>Ja, eigenlijk heb je elke dag zonbescherming nodig. Want het is goed om je gezicht te beschermen tegen de schadelijke UV stralen, tegen huidschade en huidveroudering. Maar we weten allemaal dat het lastig is om je elke dag met een zonnecr\u00e8me in te smeren. Gebruik daarom een goede dagcr\u00e8me met een juiste SPF factor. Dit is in ieder geval al een goed begin van de dag.<\/p>\n<h3>UV bescherming zonder te smeren<\/h3>\n<p>Wil je de rest van de dag ook beschermd zijn tegen uv stralen? Dan is het raadzaam ook gedurende de dag je te beschermen. Dat kan met een zonnecr\u00e8me of met een zonnepoeder. Een zonnepoeder heeft als voordeel dat je het makkelijk aan kan brengen, zonder te smeren, en je na het aanbrengen je handen niet hoef te wassen. Een ander bijkomend voordeel is dat het zonnepoeder ook over make-up aangebracht kan worden.
