Maar de zon kan ook huidschade veroorzaken en huidveroudering versnellen. Het is dus belangrijk om je goed te beschermen, vooral je gezicht, hals en nek die ongemerkt veel zonlicht krijgen.<\/p>\n<p>Dagelijks krijgen we veel UV stralen op onze huid, ook op bewolkte dagen, waar de UVA stralen gewoon doorheen gaan. Wij hebben voor jou enkele makkelijke tips voor UV bescherming op een rijtje gezet, zodat jij goed beschermd bent tegen de dagelijkse (schadelijke) UV stralen.<\/p>\n<h3>5 tips<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Gebruik een zonbeschermingsproduct met een breed spectrum\u00a0 tegen UVA en UVB stralen<\/li>\n<li>Draag bij zonnige dagen altijd een, pet, hoed, zonnebril tijdens de buitenactiviteiten<\/li>\n<li>Draag tijdens het zwemmen UV beschermende zwemkleding<\/li>\n<li>Wees extra voorzichtig op het water, UV straling weerkaatst op water waardoor je extra UV straling krijgt<\/li>\n<li>Vermijd, als het kan, de directe zon tussen 11 en 15 uur, dan is de zon op zijn sterkst<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het is heerlijk om buiten te zijn, activiteiten te ondernemen, wandelen, fietsen, sporten en heerlijk shoppen. En is daarbij heerlijk als de zon schijnt, maar ben wel bewust van de gevaren van de dagelijkse UV stralen. Door blootstelling aan de zon kan je huid schade oplopen.
